2016 Gathering(s)
There were three gatherings for the year of 2016! Two of which were Annuals. The third was a last minuet meet up between old friends.
UK TOTJO Gathering
The First Annual Gathering of 2016 (July 22end - July 24th) was the Temple Of The Jedi Order UK Gathering. Due to the Temples policies it has been requested that all information shared about this gathering be re-directed to their own community site. As such, (Fair warning) this will lead off of Just Jedi and directly to the thread(s) related to this gathering on the Temple itself.

Times:
Check-in time is 2:00 P.M. on Thursday. Check-out time is Noon on Sunday. People can filter in throughout the weekend as their schedules allow. Everyone is encouraged to be there for the full days on Friday and Saturday when the majority of workshops will take place to get the most benefit out of the Gathering.
Accommodations: Carriage House
We will be in the Carriage House which is a separate, two-story wing of the Castle. All the essentials needed for a relaxing stay are readily available...eight sleeping rooms with bunk beds, shared baths, full kitchen, a dining/conference room, a meeting room with a fireplace and air conditioning.
Cost
$200 per person for food and lodging
2016 Gathering costs are as follows:
$200 – Food and lodging per person
$100 - Day guest (cost for food, pool, parking)
A $25 late fee will be added for registrations received after July 4, 2016.
*Registrations are not considered complete until a payment is made.
If you wish to send payment offline, please contact the Main Coordinator - Gabriel Calderon - for details. Additionally, for anyone with financial considerations, a payment plan can be arranged.
Food: Meal Plan
Food is included in the overall price of the gathering.
Meals are Thursday dinner, Friday and Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Sunday breakfast. They are served cafeteria style in the Brubaker dining room.
Meals will be prepared by the Retreat staff. Special diets are accommodated as much as possible. Please indicate any food restrictions or food allergies on your registration form.
Events: Workshops, Activities, and Discussions
An exact schedule will be provided a bit closer to the event, but some activities may include, but are not limited to swimming, mediation, sword work, energy sensing, leadership training, mentoring, etc.

Carpooling
If you either need a ride or would like to help provide transportation for others, please notify your Chapter/Regional Leader.

Michigan Meet-Up
Near the end of the Illinois Gathering, traveling members SA Smith & Driver branched off to meet Michigan Chapter on their way back to home.
It was an impromptu meet up that was quickly acted upon with a classic South MI chapter pass time down at our local Range. After a fun day of Pistol practice and enlightening discussion, the day ended at the Chinese Buffet
